Heaven is an obscure word. As much as we’d like to know about heaven, there will always be (as far as this life is concerned) more that we don’t know.

Jesus said this about Nathanael (aka, Bartholomew).
The word “indeed” implies a different understanding of the word Israelite than the one commonly held. What was the common understanding of the word Israelite in the days of Jesus?

The New Living Translation says, “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”
