The minute that robbers, thieves, and rapists are brought into today’s courts, they’re immediately sent back onto the streets, where they’re free to rob, steal, and rape again. They can commit the most heinous crimes — especially in dealing drugs — but the liberal courts are unwilling to say that anything is wrong, since their “value-neutral” belief system simply doesn’t allow for wrongdoing. The stark reality of this situation has only been complicated by the ridiculous sentencing guidelines put into place by Congress, which have filled the jails with people who’ve done minimal crimes.
