What the blood of Christ did for us gentiles

Are you a non-Jew, or what the Bible would call a Gentile, meaning of the nations? If so, we need to acknowledge that without Christ, we were in very bad shape, but now through Him, we have the greatest of all blessings,

Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh—who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands—that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ (Ephesians 2.11–13).

What was our status outside of Christ?

We were without Christ.
We were aliens from the commonwealth of Israel.
We were strangers from the covenant of promise.
We had no hope.
We were without God.

However, now through our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ, we have been brought near to all those things! Praise the Lord!
