Our blessed hope

Regardless of what happens in your life, if you are in Christ, you can speak as Paul did to Titus, that you are,

“looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works” (Titus 2:13-14).

We do not know when that Day shall come, but we know that it comes, because Jesus redeemed us for a reason, and while we continue on earth, we are His people, who are zealous for good works.

Occupy your time finding good works to do rather than waiting for someone to do good works for you, and then you can have the hope of which Paul wrote.
