God shall laugh

Can you picture God laughing? If so, picture Him laughing, not at a joke, but at His enemies who are a joke. The nations and the people of Israel would plot against God’s Anointed One, the Messiah, but,

“He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; the LORD shall hold them in derision. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, and distress them in His deep displeasure: ‘Yet I have set My King on My holy hill of Zion’” (Psalms 2:4-6).

While the nations and the people of Israel would seek to rid themselves of the Lord and His Anointed One, the Messiah, the Lord will laugh back at them, because He would turn right around and set up His King on Jerusalem where they had killed Him.
