A proper use of money

We need money to function in this world, but some people use it to promote themselves at the expense of their friends and business associates. I hear people say, including Christians, that when they hurt another business that is just the way it is, showing no compassion, but the Lord Jesus Christ taught us,

“And I say to you, make friends for yourselves by unrighteous mammon, that when you fail [or “it fails”], they may receive you into an everlasting home” (Luke 16:9).

When you read the story Jesus gave, you will understand that we should use money to build friendship not to destroy them.
