In First Timothy 2:1-7, Paul said that we should pray for all men, which helps to create an atmosphere that will make evangelism much better.
That being the case, he said that the men should pray, lifting up holy hands, and something that the women can do that would also help promote evangelism is,
“adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works” (1 Timothy 2:9-10).
When we are doing the Lord’s work, we certainly do not want to divert people’s attention from the Spirit to our flesh.
Therefore, dress in such a way as not to draw attention to yourself when doing the Lord’s work.
