The Lord gathered Israel from all over Egypt and brought them out of that nation, leading them through the wilderness on the way to their new home. However, the way was not easy,
“They wandered in the wilderness in a desolate way; they found no city to dwell in. Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them” (Psalm 107:4, 5).
What should they have done in such a situation? They did the only thing they could do,
“Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses” (Psalm 107:6).
What do you do when in distress?
