Signs for Saul

The Lord through Samuel made it clear that Saul would see signs, showing that the Lord was with him to be the first and new king of Israel, telling him about three men he would meet and what they would be carrying, and that he would meet a group of prophets with musical instruments and they would be prophesying (1 Samuel 10:4, 5).
The signs were so clear, Saul could not miss them, which means that he could see clearly that God was with him.
Yet, later Saul became full of himself, forgetting what the Lord had done to make him king.
Can you point to something in your past where you do not doubt that it was the Lord? Have you remained true to Him since then?
