Food for the Priests

The Lord provided a food source for the priests, but the source was a holy one, so, the Lord only wanted the priest or his family to eat it, “No outsider shall eat the holy offering…But if the priest buys a person with his money, he may eat it; and one who is born in his house may eat his food…” (Leviticus 22:10-13).
That was the way the Lord wanted it, and Israel had to comply with it. When they did, they prospered. When they disregarded this command, or any of the Lord’s commands, they suffered.
Let us learn to trust the Lord that His right way is right that we may do as He has instructed us.
