You Are a Crown of Glory to the Lord

You may know the prophecy of Isaiah 62:2 that foretells of a new name that God’s people would be called after the Gentiles had started to be brought into His fold, which was fulfilled in the name Christian (Acts 11:26), but consider what the rest of Isaiah’s prophecy said,
You shall also be a crown of glory
In the hand of the LORD,
And a royal diadem
In the hand of your God.
(Isaiah 62:3)
Therefore, the Gentiles would no longer be called the Forsaken, because the Lord would delight in them, in us, as He rejoices over us! (Isaiah 62:4, 5).
Think of it. If you are a Christian, God looks at you as a crown of glory, something that brings Him magnificent delight, causing Him to rejoice because of YOU!
