Satan May Be Evil, But He Is Also Smart

When the scribes accused Jesus of casting out demons by the power of Satan, Jesus asked how Satan could cast himself out. Satan would not fight against himself. Otherwise, he would fail. Therefore, Jesus said further, “If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. And if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but has an end” (Mark 3:24-26).
Satan has enough intelligence to know that it would not be a good idea to divide his kingdom or house. We know not to do that intentionally. Satan knows more than we do.
Being smart is obviously not all there is to being successful. Satan uses his intelligence for evil. We should use ours for holiness.
What can you do in your life to bring people together rather than dividing them?
