What the Lord Will Do For You

Paul requested prayers from the Thessalonian Church that the Lord might deliver him and his fellow-workers from unreasonable and wicked men (2 Thessalonians 3:1, 2). However, he knew the Thessalonians needed the same thing and said, “But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one” (2 Thessalonians 3:3).
The Lord had saved them, He would not suddenly abandon them. No, He faithfully would establish them and guard them from the evil one.
Do you believe the Lord will do that for you? If you believe He can do that, have you trusted Him with your life to do it?
