Divide the United

Amazingly, people will often unite with their enemies, if they have another common enemy. Such was the case with the Sadducees and Pharisees against the church. Therefore, when Paul stood before both groups when they opposed him, he knew that if he could get them to go against each other, they would no longer fight him. “But when Paul perceived that one part were Sadducees and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, ‘Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee; concerning the hope and resurrection of the dead I am being judged!'” (Acts 23:6).
Normally, we want to unite people, unless they stand united against the truth, then it is time to divide them. Observe people and note who they are, for it may bring great benefit to you later.
