Explain Yourself

After Peter had gone into the home of Cornelius and preached to him, Peter went to Jerusalem. Once there, members of the church confronted him for going to uncircumcised men, “But Peter explained it to them in order from the beginning, saying…” (Acts 11:4).
Some people accused him of wrong and he did the best thing he could do. He simply explained what happened.
I have witnessed that many times. Someone makes a false accusation. The accused explains what happened and everyone changes their opinion, concluding that the accused had not done a thing wrong. Therefore, do not believe every accusation you hear against people, but wait for the explanation.
