The Family Promise of God Fulfilled

Throughout the Bible God makes promises of what I call The Family Promise of God, which consists of Him wanting to be our God, for us to be His people, for His tabernacle to be among us, and for Him to dwell among us.
As He closes His word and shows us the holy city that is in heaven, John heard an announcement that the The Family Promise of God finds it fulfillment in the holy city, “And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, ‘Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God'” (Revelation 21:3).
The rest of Revelation 21 and the last chapter, both show what it means that the tabernacle of God is with His people, that He Himself dwells with them, that they are His people, and that He is their God.
Read the last two chapters of the word of God with all the wide-eyed wonder of a child.
