Our Relationship With the World

To read the Bible in a year, read First Corinthians 6.
Members of the Corinthian Church had lawsuits against one another, bringing up matters against one another before the courts of the Roman Empire. Paul shamed them for doing that, “Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?” (First Corinthians 6:1).
They could only think of how they were wronged by the other rather than thinking how it looked to the world for members of the church to be suing one another.
How do you present conflicts in the church before the people of the world? Hopefully you do not ask the world to solve those problems for you, but you seek help in the church.
