Others Willingly Suffered With Paul

To read the Bible in a year, read Acts 21:15-40.
The Holy Spirit warned Paul not to go to Jerusalem, because of the suffering awaiting him, but that did not deter him, nor did it deter others, for you will hear Luke using the plural pronoun and he was not the only one to accompany Paul to Jerusalem, “And after those days we packed and went up to Jerusalem. Also some of the disciples from Caesarea went with us and brought with them a certain Mnason of Cyprus, an early disciple, with whom we were to lodge” (Acts 21:15, 16). All those people knew what awaited the apostle, nevertheless, they all went with him, which could have meant jail time or even death for them, and they knew it. They all lived for the name of Christ and they were all willing to die for the name of Christ.
Why do you live and die?
