Does God Anticipate Everything?

To read the Bible in a year, read Exodus 4-6.
God summoned Moses to go to Egypt to deliver the children of Israel out of bondage and bring them to the Land of Canaan. However, Moses resisted initially, offering excuses on why he should not do it. Listen to this one, “Then Moses answered and said, ‘But suppose they will not believe me or listen to my voice; suppose they say, “The LORD has not appeared to you”‘” (Exodus 4.1). It was as though Moses believed God had not anticipated the response of Israel. Since God did not allegedly anticipate their negative response, Moses thought it best not to go.
Do you think God knows all the possible responses from people who might object to what we do? Oh, He knows, yet, He still tells us to do it.
