Expectation of Judgment

Read the Bible in a year by reading Hebrews 10:24-39 today.
The writer of the Book of Hebrews urged his readers not to forsake the assembly of the saints. He worked with them, showing why they should remain loyal to Jesus Christ. He went on to warn them of the serious consequences for continuing in sin. He said, “For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries” (Hebrews 10:26, 27). Friends, I do not advise anyone to be part of that! Regardless of what happens in your life, be true to Jesus even as He is true to you.
