Does Satan Hinder You Or Do You Hinder Yourself?

Read the Bible in a year by reading First Thessalonians 2 today.
Paul loved the brethren and so desired to be with them. In fact, he told the Thessalonian Church, “Therefore we wanted to come to you–even I, Paul, time and again–but Satan hindered us” (1Thessalonians 2:18). Paul so desired to be with the church that it took Satan to prevent the apostle from being present with them. Yet, many Christians do not give it a second thought when they are absent from the church. Satan does not hinder them, but they hinder themselves.
If you miss the worship services of the church regularly or frequently, who has hindered you? Does Satan hinder you or do you hinder yourself?
