Are You on the Highway of Holiness?

Read the Bible in a year by reading Isaiah 34-36 today.
Isaiah prophesied that the church would begin in Jerusalem on Mt. Zion, making Jerusalem a symbol of the church. Speaking of the church, Isaiah said,
A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray. (Isaiah 35:8)
The church as the Highway of Holiness takes us somewhere. You have to be holy to travel on it, because it takes you to the place of holiness. Therefore, the unclean cannot travel it, but even the lowest among men, such as the fool, can travel it and reach the destination, as long as they live in holiness.
You may think that you do not have what it takes to be on that Highway of Holiness, but that was the point of saying that if even the fool walks on that road, he will not go astray, but he will arrive at the proper destination. Regardless of who you are, get on that road!
