Be Sure to Bless God

Read the Bible in a year chronologically by reading Genesis 23-25 today.
Abraham sent his servant to get a wife for Isaac. When the servant arrived at the designated place, he prayed to God that He might prosper the journey for a wife for Isaac. When the servant realized that God had started to answer the prayer, the servant said, ” Blessed be the LORD God of my master Abraham, who has not forsaken His mercy and His truth toward my master. As for me, being on the way, the LORD led me to the house of my master’s brethren” (Genesis 24:27).
The servant wanted God to bless him. When that happened, he blessed God. We want God to bless us all the time, but let us be as diligent to bless God all the time. We say, “God bless America.” How about adding, “America bless God”?
Make some time today to bless God.
