Do You Think That You Are Patient Or Impatient?

Read the Bible in a year chronologically by reading Job 21 today.
Listen to what Job said to his friends. He said, “As for me, is my complaint against man? And if it were, why should I not be impatient?” (Job 21:4). That is fascinating that Job thought he was being impatient, because one of the things that is said about Job outside of the Book of Job is that he was patient (James 5:11). The Holy Spirit assessed Job better than he did himself. You know something; it works the other way around also. We might have a high view of
ourselves, but the Holy Spirit thinks the opposite.
In the end, what matters is not what we think of ourselves, but what the Spirit of God thinks. Therefore, let your life be driven by the will of God as revealed in the Scriptures and in the life of Jesus Christ. Then you shall know that the Spirit will accept you.
