God Remembered Noah and God Remembers You

Read the Bible in a year chronologically by reading Genesis 8 and 9; and First Chronicles 1:4-18 today.
Noah and his family had been in the ark over five months and Moses wrote, “Then God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided” (Genesis 8:1). Did they think that God had forgotten them? Outside was a horrible flood, such as nothing they had ever seen before. Inside were thousands of animals. That could not have been a very pleasant experience. Day after day, week after week, month after month went by and still the flood prevailed and those eight people were in the ark. Did God forget them in the ark? Was He so
enraged with the world that He was not even looking at this good family?
The whole time God knew them. He never forgot them, but it was time to send the flood away and so He raised the mountains, deepened the seas, and caused some of the water to go back underneath the earth. Then Noah and his family left the ark and we are all here today because the sons of Noah started to reproduce.
You have suffered a long time, but God knows you. He has not forgotten you. However, some things have to transpire. He is with you. Stay with Him. You shall do well.
