Do Not Forget the Teaching of Scripture

Read the Bible in a year by reading Jude today.
The teaching of Scripture is the way of life. Therefore, review Scripture constantly so that you will never forget what it teaches. This is why Jude said,
But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe (Jude 5).
The people to whom he first wrote, once knew the history of Israel’s journey out of Egypt, but may have forgotten it. Therefore, he wrote to remind them of Israel’s history because there were things they could learn from it. Yes, even the Old Testament has valuable lessons for Christians today. Please read both the Old and the New Testaments, for reading them together will enhance your life wonderfully.
