Find a Way to Make It So

Read the Bible in a year by reading Hebrews 13 today.
The Bible is clear on action toward our brothers and sisters in Christ. It says,
Let brotherly love continue (Hebrews 13:1).
The Bible says to let brotherly love continue. We can offer a million excuses why we should not let it be so, but when we come back to the Bible and read Hebrews 13:1, the Bible still says, “Let brotherly love continue.” We cannot avoid it. We cannot psychologize it away. We cannot grace it away. The Bible says to do it; therefore, do it.
Do you not want others to continue to show you brotherly love? Regardless of the kind of people we are, we want others to continue to love us. Why then can we not love them? If they love us, we know that they will find a way to do it. That is because love is creative. Love finds a way to fulfill its desires, even as water finds its own level.
Think of a person who needs love. You may not see how he can be loved at the present, but keep at it, and love will find a way.
