Consider What Jesus Endured

Read the Bible in a year by reading Hebrews 12 today.
How easily we become discouraged when the way is rough or if someone opposes us. It is for this very reason that the writer of the Book of Hebrews said,
For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls (Hebrews 12:3).
Always remember Jesus Christ. Whenever you suffer for any reason, remember what He suffered. When people oppose you, remember how they opposed Him. If you forget Him, you will become weary and discouraged, but if you remember Him, you will take on strength and be encouraged to face whatever is before you. Start doing that today. Regardless of the problem you face, remember the hostility that Jesus faced. See what it does to your soul.
