If You Live Godly

Read the Bible in a year by reading Second Timothy 3 today.
Most Christians are surprised, and even angered, when they are persecuted. Yet, the Bible warns that persecution will come. It is written,
Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution
(2Timothy 3:12).
That is not a pessimistic view of life, but simply a way of preparing us for what shall happen. The early Christians found out first just how true Paul’s prophecy is. It is not different today. If you live godly, someone will persecute you. Sometimes it will come from sources that you never expected, but always remember this passage.
QUESTION from today?s reading assignment: Who resisted Moses?
